About Reflectory
Reflectory was built to fix something specific. UK clinicians have to produce reflective accounts for CPD audit, and the people who most need to are the ones who freeze hardest when they sit down to write. Dyslexic clinicians. Autistic and ADHD clinicians. Clinicians coming off a twelve-hour shift with a difficult job still rattling around in their head.
A good reflection is produced by interview, not by free-writing. So we built the interview, and made it patient, structured, and private. The clinician speaks. We type.
Reflectory is run by Adrian Swales (paramedic, GMB rep, Welsh Ambulance Service) and Lee Tobin. The two of us split everything. Adrian holds the licence and the bank account. The rest of the ledger is private.

Regulatory posture
Reflectory aligns with the four principles of the multi-regulator joint statement on AI in health and care professional education (HCPC, GOsC, GOC, GPhC, RCVS, GCC; February 2026): accountability, academic integrity, AI literacy, preparation for practice. We also align with the RCGP's January 2026 guidance and the FPM's April 2026 position: AI may prompt reflection and improve clarity but must not author the reflection. We comply by design.
Every Word document we produce includes a non-removable AI-assistance disclosure footer naming the framework, the model, and confirming that no patient-identifiable information was processed. The clinician retains full accountability for the final submission.
