Choose your regulator and framework
Reflectory loads the structure your regulator expects, from the four sections of the NMC reflective-account form to the HCPC standards, mapped onto a reflective model such as Gibbs.

Is using Reflectory allowed by the HCPC and NMC?+
Yes. You write every reflection in your own words; the AI only interviews you to help you think it through. Every document carries a clear AI-use disclosure, aligned with the HCPC Joint Statement on AI in Health and Care Education (February 2026) and the principle every UK regulator shares: AI may support reflection but must not write it. You remain the author.
Does the AI write my reflection for me?+
No. It asks you questions, the way a good supervisor or mentor would, then helps organise your own answers into a structured account. Every word is yours.
Is my patients’ data safe?+
We screen every answer for identifiable patient information and ask you to keep accounts anonymous. We never use your reflections to train AI models.
What if I am not happy?+
Pay-as-you-go reflections and revalidation packs are refundable within 14 days if unused, and you can cancel the annual plan at any time.
